Spencer Jackson founded Critical Energy in 2024 to accelerate the deployment of modular power plants and make clean, dispatchable energy more accessible worldwide. Before launching Critical Energy, he served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at NosTerra Ventures, focusing on innovations in low-cost clean energy.
Previously, Spencer spent seven years at SpaceX, where he held engineering leadership roles across Falcon Heavy, Starship, and Raptor engine programs — managing complex hardware development from concept through flight.
