Building an abundant low‑cost clean energy future
Modular power generation systems
At Critical Energy, we’re building factory-made, modular power plants that convert heat into electricity — shipped in standard containers and installed in weeks, not years.
Our units are deployable across energy markets, starting with geothermal and waste heat recovery from data center gas turbines.
Designed from the ground up with custom turbomachinery, our units are adaptable to changing resource conditions, temperature ranges, and customer needs. This is 24/7 grid-scale energy — made fast, scalable, and cost-effective.
How it works
We generate electricity by using heat to vaporize a specialized working fluid, which expands to spin a turbine and drive a generator. The vapor is then condensed back into liquid and recirculated in a closed loop — with no consumables and no emissions. This surface-level system provides a continuous, efficient way to turn heat into power.
